dc.description.abstract This document serves as a course companion for Renewable Energy Systems Modeling and Simulation. The content is divided into four chapters, each addressing specific aspects of this field. Chapter 1 introduces the fundamental concepts and principles underlying renewable energy systems modeling and simulation. Chapter 2 present an overview about Matlab/Simulink environment. Chapters 3 and 4 delve deeper into the modeling of photovoltaic and wind energy conversion systems, respectively. Learning Objectives Upon completion of this course, students will be able to:  Develop proficiency in using MATLAB/Simulink for modeling and simulation tasks.  Apply various modeling techniques to complex electrical systems.  Model and simulate real-world electrical systems with accuracy. en_US
