dc.description.abstract The memorandum focuses on the implementation of intelligent traffic lights designed to improve traffic management at intersections by using advanced technologies such as cameras and data processing systems to detect, track, and count vehicles on a roadway. This allows for real-time adjustment of the signal durations. Moreover, these traffic lights communicate with each other to ensure better coordination of traffic. This approach not only enhances urban mobility but also reduces waiting times and optimizes energy consumption, making it a modern and sustainable solution for smart cities. en_US
