Abstract

The practical work in organic chemistry aims to allow students to learn the fundamental techniques used in organic chemistry (extraction, distillation, recrystallization, chromatography). These can be implemented to carry out: •A chemical reaction. • Identification and spectroscopic characterization of synthesized products. • Exploitation of experimental results to determine the mechanism or reactivity of chemical species. •Writing reports with complete scientific rigor.
