dc.description.abstract This graduation project, conducted at Sonatrach LNG1/Z complex, aimed to enhance maintenance management. Faced with the limitations of preventive maintenance, the project integrated an Odoo CMMS module with an improvement-focused maintenance strategy. After estimating the reliability law (Weibull) of the MCR1 compressor to understand its failures and identify the shortcomings of preventive maintenance, we introduced improvement-focused maintenance. This approach seeks to eliminate the root causes of breakdowns and bolster reliability. Integrating the maintenance module into Odoo enabled structured operations management, facilitating data collection, failure analysis, and the proposal of continuous improvements. en_US
